Happy Passover!

Whether you are celebrating the Jewish people's freedom from slavery or not, I wish you peace and renewal as we welcome the spring season this week.  It is one of my favorite times of year and this holiday is one of my favorites.  It marks the beginning of a season of beauty and rebirth as nature begins to unfold again after a brief hiatus.  It's time to get out lighter clothes and recipes, bask in the sun and take in the beauty of the flowers and trees.  Wishing you a wonderful Spring!
