Why Meditate?



After years of yearning for a regular meditation practice, I finally took the leap and made a commitment with Deepak Chopra's meditation challenge back in November.  I am happy to say that I have maintained my zen ways and have registered to join him again with Oprah in their next 21-Day Meditation Challenge which started yesterday.

There are so many good reasons to meditate - improves your health, brings clarity to your mind, enhances relationships, decreases anxiety....  I could go on, but I think you get the idea.  Check out this article for more of Dr. Chopra's wisdom on the topic and I hope you'll join me in his next 21-Day Meditation Challenge.
