I first learned about dry brushing while reading Kris Carr's
Crazy Sexy Diet. She explains how great it is not only for exfoliating the skin and reducing cellulite (reason enough for me to do it!), but also for the benefits to your circulation and immune system. It also contributes to stress relief. Dry brushing clears out dead skin cells and gets rid of toxins, leaving your skin super soft.
This article is a great resource for all of the how-to and why on dry brushing. Read it and then aim to dry brush at least twice week to start experiencing the benefits. Get out that loofah!
